Crispy Air-Fried Pizza Rolls: A Game-Day Must-Have

Football season calls for next-level snacks, and these Air-Fried Pizza Rolls do not disappoint! Inspired by TikTok, this easy, crispy, cheesy bite is packed with pepperoni, mini meatballs, and gooey mozzarella—all wrapped in a crispy wonton shell. Best of all? They come together in minutes with the air fryer. Here’s how to make them!

For the Pizza Rolls

  • 36 won ton wrappers
  • Turkey pepperoni
  • Mini-meatballs, thawed
  • Marinara sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter Coating

  • 4 tbsp softened butter (unsalted)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Let’s cook!

  • In a medium bowl, mix the butter, Parmesan, and spices till well blended and set aside.
  • Lay out the won ton wrappers on a baking sheet. Top each with a slice of pepperoni, a couple mini meatballs, or both (sausage would be perfect too, but I didn’t have any that was cooked on hand).
  • Top with a dollop of the marinara sauce and some mozzarella (the trick here is not over-stuffing so they seal neatly).
  • Dip your finger in some water and run around the edge of the won ton wrapper to help it seal. Fold into a square, pressing the edges firmly to close.
  • Put them in the air fryer basket and give each a little spritz of olive oil. I baked mine at 390 degrees for about 6 minutes until they were golden (you might have to work in batches so they don’t get over crowded).

As they come out of the air fryer, toss in the butter mixture until everything is nicely coated. Serve with a little warmed marinara sauce on the side. I’m not a fan of the frozen variety pizza rolls, but these were super good.
