Snickers Brownie Bites: Sweet & Snackable

These Snickers brownie bites are always a hit when we want a sweet treat. While they’re perfect for everyday (like the rainy weekend I’m baking this batch!), they always seem to make an appearance at spring holidays and cookouts.

I’m always a little conflicted when it comes to holiday desserts. I want to serve something sweet, but not too rich or heavy after a full meal. These little brownie bites fit the bill perfectly, especially with a bit of ice cream on the side. (Highly recommend!)

Batter

  • 1 stick butter, unsalted
  • 4 ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 1/3 cups of sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup of flour

Filling

  • 1 bag of Snickers mini candy bars
  • 1/4 cup M&M’s mini baking bits

Let’s cook!

  • Line mini muffin pans with 36 liners.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan, stirring constantly.
  • Beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together.
  • Mix in the melted chocolate.
  • Stir in the flour.
  • Fill the cups with a tablespoon of the brownie base, then press a Snickers bar into the cup.
  • Top with a couple of the M&M’s.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until shiny

Cool completely and enjoy!

Tip: If you’re in a hurry, you can use one package of brownie mix (my go-to is Ghirardelli chocolate supreme)

What’s your favorite brownie mashup? More chocolate, nuts, caramel? Let me know—I’m always looking for new ideas to try!
