Course Appetizer, Snack

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 tbsp wing sauce
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 8-10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 beaten egg just to seal the egg rolls

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar, chicken, wing sauce, and green onions until well combined.
  • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape. Add a couple tablespoons of filling near the bottom point. Fold the bottom up over the filling, tuck in the sides, then roll tightly. Brush the edge with egg wash to seal.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
  • Place the egg rolls in a single layer (no crowding!), give them a light spritz of olive oil, and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • If putting together the egg rolls feels awkward the first time, same! It gets easier fast, promise.
  • Serve hot with blue cheese (or ranch… I won’t judge).
