Honestly friends, I feel bad posting this one because it’s so simple and really is only three ingredients. So why share? Because it’s the perfect treat to bring to a last minute party, give as a thank you gift, or add to your dessert tray to satisfy anyone’s chocolate fix!

3 cups dark chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Crushed peppermint candy

Line an 8×8 cake pan with foil and smooth the surface. Spray generously with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine the chocolate chips and milk in a bowl and heat over a pot of water. Stir it constantly until everything is melted (it probably won’t take more than 10 minutes). Remove it from the heat and keep stirring until smooth. If you leave it on the heat too long, the texture gets a little rough (yes, that’s the voice of experience).

Pour into the prepared cake pan and smooth everything out with a spatula. Sprinkle with the crushed peppermint. Refrigerate for 2 hours to let it set up. Then cut into small squares.
