We’re still in weekend sports mode, so Hot Hawaiian Beef Sliders were the perfect game-day meal and so easy to put together (but maybe a bit of a tongue-twister to say).

Slice a package of Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in a greased baking dish. Generously spread both halves of the rolls with a mix of mayo & horseradish (depending on how spicy you like it, I usually use a one to one ratio of 2 tbsp mayo and 2 tbsp creamy horseradish). Top with half a pound of deli sliced London Broil, a layer of your favorite slices of cheese (we tend to go with Swiss) and some onion slices sautéed in melted butter until slightly carmelized. Brush some melted butter mixed with a dash of Worcestershire sauce over the tops of the rolls.
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake another 10 minutes until golden brown.
That’s all there is to it. If you need to go even simpler (or aren’t sure how everyone will like it), just omit the sautéed onions and stick with the beef and cheese. It will be just as good.
With the Super Bowl coming up, what are you making for the big game? Not matter what it is, I hope you enjoy it in good health and surrounded by those you love!
Eat well friends!
