Easy Toasted Ravioli – The Perfect Alternative to Fried

Everyone has that one bar appetizer they can’t resist. For me, it’s classic fried ravioli. Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and absolutely perfect dunked in marinara.

But let’s be honest, deep-fried ravioli is probably best saved for special occasions.

Thankfully, the air fryer delivers all the crispy, golden goodness with a whole lot less fuss. They come together in minutes, puff up beautifully, and disappear just as quickly.

Easy Toasted Ravioli

All the tastes of your favorite snack with none of the deep frying!
Course Appetizer, Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli thawed slightly if possible
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Let’s Cook!

  • Beat the egg with the milk.
  • Whisk the garlic powder and Italian seasoning into the egg mixture.
  • In a separate, shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  • Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat completely in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite marinara for dipping
  • Sprinkle with parsley & parmesan if you’re feeling fancy!
  • Any ravioli works perfectly – I tend to use cheese filled

So simple and so good. These are everything I want toasted ravioli to be: crispy, cheesy, and ridiculously easy. They were the perfect addition to our Tony Awards grazing board, but honestly, they’re just as good for game day, movie night, or whenever the craving hits.
